- **Can I cancel or return my order?** Beds made to your chosen size, fabric and colour are personalised, so they cannot be cancelled once production starts — faulty goods are always covered. Unopened, non-personalised items such as mattresses can be returned within 14 days of delivery. See cancellations & returns.
- **What warranty do I get?** Every product carries a 1 year manufacturer’s warranty against manufacturing defects, in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
- **Is there an NHS discount?** Yes. UK NHS staff can use code NHS10 at checkout for 10% off product prices (not delivery extras). We may ask for proof of employment.
- **How do I pay?** By debit or credit card through Stripe’s secure, encrypted checkout. We never see or store your full card number. All prices include VAT at 20%.
