Delivery Policy
Free two-man delivery to mainland Great Britain, room of choice, usually within 3–10 working days.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 3–10 working days, depending on the product and your postcode. Beds are made to order, so we confirm your delivery date once your order is in production.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free to mainland Great Britain. It is a specialist two-person service that brings your order into the room of your choice. If you prefer, goods can be left at the entrance or a safe place instead.
Optional extras
- Assembly / setup in room — £49. Limited areas — confirmed after order.
- Old bed collection & recycling — £39. Nominal disposal charge.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to mainland Great Britain. We do not currently deliver to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and islands, the Isle of Wight, the Isles of Scilly, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands. If you are unsure whether your address is covered, please contact us before ordering.
Before delivery day
- Measure doorways, stairs and landings on the route to the bedroom.
- Larger divan bases are usually supplied in two halves to make access easier.
- Rolled mattresses need 24 hours to expand fully before use.
Rescheduling
If you need to change your delivery date, contact us as early as possible. Holds longer than six months may incur storage charges.
