How to unbox your mattress
Vacuum-packed for easy delivery. Allow a full day for the Sleep Therapy mattress to settle into its natural shape.
- 01Open the box
Carefully pull the mattress out of the box and place it onto your bed.
- 02Cut the outer bag
Carefully cut the outer bag with scissors making sure not to cut the plastic bag inside or the mattress. Do not use a knife.
- 03Roll it out
Roll out the vacuum-sealed mattress onto your bed.
- 04Decompress
Carefully cut the plastic bag along the edges and watch as the mattress instantly begins to decompress. Remove the plastic bag.
- 05Allow 24 hours
Allow 24 hours for your new mattress to fully expand.

Can I return the mattress?
Unopened mattresses can be returned within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons we cannot take back a mattress once the packaging is opened, unless it is faulty.

What warranty do I get?
A 1 year manufacturer’s warranty against manufacturing defects, on top of your statutory rights.
