Terms & Conditions
These terms govern orders placed with Berkshire & Rowe for made-to-order beds, bases, headboards and mattresses.
1. About us
Berkshire & Rowe supplies UK-made divan and ottoman bed sets configured to your size, fabric, storage and mattress choices. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
2. Prices & VAT
All product prices shown on this website are in GBP and include VAT at the prevailing UK rate (currently 20%), unless stated otherwise. Delivery extras are also shown inclusive of VAT, and you will see a VAT breakdown at checkout.
3. Made to order
Beds are manufactured to your specification. Once production has started, changes may not be possible. Please order fabric swatches at cost if you need to confirm colour before manufacture.
4. Payment
Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store full card details on our servers. Orders are confirmed when payment is authorised.
5. Delivery
Free two-man delivery to mainland Great Britain, room of choice, usually within 3–10 working days. We do not currently deliver to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and islands, the Isle of Wight, the Isles of Scilly, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands. 6. Warranty
Products carry a 1 year manufacturer’s warranty against manufacturing defects, subject to fair use and correct assembly/care.
7. Cancellations & returns
Your statutory rights apply. Items made to your specification are exempt from the 14-day cancellation right once production has begun; non-personalised items can be cancelled within 14 days of delivery. See Cancellations & Returns for the full process.
